KnightsPurse KNIGHTSPURSE

Version 2026.08.1 · Effective 17 August 2026

This dashboard displays information only. It does not execute trades. No action you take on this site places an order, executes a trade, moves money, transfers an asset, or settles a position. Nothing here is an instruction to trade and nothing here confirms that a trade has happened.

1. These terms, and your acceptance of them

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this dashboard, operated by Knightsbridge ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the dashboard you agree to them. If you do not agree, you must not use the dashboard and should sign out.

You are asked to accept these terms each time you sign in. That is deliberate. The dashboard is changing while we migrate to an on-chain environment, and we want the limits on what it does to be in front of you every time you use it, not buried in a link you accepted once months ago. Your acceptance is recorded against each sign-in, together with the version of these terms in force and the network address the sign-in came from.

2. What this dashboard is

The dashboard is a read-only display of records we hold about your account. Its only function is to show you information. Specifically, it:

3. What this dashboard is not, and cannot do

To be unambiguous, the dashboard does not:

Where the dashboard shows a control, label, button, page or menu item whose wording suggests a transactional function, that element is inactive, historical, or present for display purposes only. Its presence does not mean the function is available, and interacting with it does not create any order, instruction or obligation. If you believe you have executed something through this dashboard, you have not.

Instructions relating to your account must be given through the channels your agreement with us provides. They cannot be given here.

4. Figures are indicative and are not a statement of account

Values shown are indicative. They may be delayed, stale, partial, rounded, mispriced, derived from third-party data, or simply wrong. They are not a confirmation, a contract note, a valuation, a statement of account, or a representation of what is owed to or by you.

Do not rely on anything shown here for settlement, accounting, tax, collateral, margin, audit, or any other purpose with consequences. Where a figure shown here conflicts with our books and records, our books and records prevail.

5. The on-chain migration

We are migrating this service to a fully on-chain environment. While that upgrade is in effect, balances and other figures may not be correct. We currently expect the move to complete on 1 September 2026, and that date may change. During the migration, interruptions, inconsistent figures, missing history and temporary unavailability are expected. If something looks wrong, do not act on it. Contact us before you do anything that depends on it.

6. No advice and no recommendation

Nothing on the dashboard is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing is a personal recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, or an inducement to buy, sell or hold anything. We do not assess suitability or appropriateness through this dashboard. Any decision you take is yours alone, and you should take your own professional advice.

7. Features shown as coming soon

The dashboard lists features that are not yet available, marked "Soon". They are shown so you can see what is planned. They are not enabled, not contracted and not promised. We may change, delay, or never release any of them. Where such a feature is released, access will be subject to third-party identity verification (KYC) and any other checks we require, and we may refuse or withdraw access. Nothing in this list creates an entitlement.

8. Eligibility and authority

You confirm that you are at least 18, that you have authority to access the account you are viewing, and that where you act for an entity you are authorised to do so and bind it to these terms. You must comply with all laws that apply to you, and you must not use the dashboard if doing so would breach any sanctions or other restriction applicable to you.

9. Your credentials and account security

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done with them. Do not share them, reuse them elsewhere, or allow anyone else to use your access. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your credentials or account have been compromised, or if you see a record you do not recognise. We may suspend access without notice where we suspect compromise, misuse, or a risk to the service or to other users.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

11. Third-party information

Some information is obtained from third parties, including market data providers. We do not control it, do not verify it, and are not responsible for it. Third-party content is provided as received. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements.

12. Intellectual property

The dashboard, its design, code, text, marks and layout belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view your own records for your own internal purposes. No other right is granted. You may not copy, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of it.

13. Availability and changes

The dashboard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw the dashboard or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance and for the migration described above.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the dashboard. In particular we are not liable for any trading, investment, settlement, funding, tax or accounting decision taken on the basis of anything displayed here, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, anticipated saving, goodwill, opportunity, or data, nor for any indirect or consequential loss, however arising.

Because the dashboard is display-only and cannot execute anything, no liability can arise from it for the execution, non-execution, mis-execution, timing or pricing of any trade. Those matters are governed solely by your separate agreement with us.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability and reasonable cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the dashboard, or your presentation of information taken from it as authoritative.

16. Data and privacy

We process personal data in connection with your access to the dashboard, including information about your account, your sessions and your acceptance of these terms. We record the fact, time and version of your acceptance. Where a future feature requires identity verification, that verification is carried out by a third-party provider and is subject to that provider's own terms and processing.

17. Records of your acceptance

Your acceptance is recorded against your session, together with the version of these terms shown to you. Those records are evidence of what you were shown and when.

18. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one shown to you when you next access the dashboard. Because acceptance is requested each session, you will see any change the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the dashboard after a change means you accept the changed terms.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including where you breach these terms or decline to accept them. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including the limitation of liability and the indemnity.

20. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

21. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms. These terms do not create any partnership, agency or joint venture. Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement between us about your account, that signed agreement prevails on the subject it covers, except that this dashboard remains display-only regardless.

22. Contact

Questions about these terms, or about anything the dashboard shows you, should go to your account manager, or to [email protected].
